The base of our style is Taekwondo, a Korean martial art form. We also focus on philosophy training to set you on the path to be healthy and successful.
Martial Arts is 100% for all ages no matter size, weight, ethnicity, or ability. Wherever you start your goal is to improve from that point. Everybody starts with different gifts but should always seek to improve.
Our students will learn to be tough, stand up for themselves, develop self-respect, discipline, and challenge themselves, but not to be violent and hurt others.
The average person can train 5 days per week. However, 2 – 3 classes per week often produce the best results because it gives the person time to train, rest, and perform other daily functions.
It takes roughly three years to become a black belt. During this time our students learn about perseverance, develop strength and character, and learn what it takes to achieve great success, among many other positive changes.
